Inspired, by re-reading the post about Joe Elliot playing "Lost and Found", into playing loud the final track on the extended "Kimono My House". Russell on perfect form with that amazing voice, and the band is rocking. Pure dead brilliant 10/10 |

"Dancing With Tears In Our Eyes" by Ultravox. Kind of stuck out because of an ominous item in the news. Hardly a feel-good hit but a fine song that makes one think. I believe it has stood the test of time from the 80s. I'll give Midge and Co a ten. |

"Little Boxes", in its various guises from the O2 ad...
It is now officially an ear worm. Perhaps I'm regressing back
to infancy.... |

Rocking Berries, "He's in Town". Saw their comedy show in the mid 80s, but this beautiful 60s song is proud legacy for any band. Heard it on the radio this morning and had to see if there was a clip on youtube:

If the song doesn't bring a tear to the eye, seeing Sir Jimmy Saville looking so fine in his prime might. |
