I'm assuming there'll be a timetable for the evening ? I've no interest in any other of the bands and don't intend standing around for 6 hours if it can be avoided !

They are supporting Goldfrapp so I guess they will have the early slot. But don't go running out after Sparks because Goldfrapp are really amazing. Wonderful music. They're great fans of Sparks so who knows what might happen in their set. I wouldn't be surprised if Russell makes a reapparence and they do a duet. Mother Earth hopefully. Have fun!

Phew, that was a stressful 20 minutes - watching that white circle closing in ever so slowly was nerve-wracking. Glad to see most of us got tickets. Can't wait to see all my lovely Sparks pals in Glasgow!!

This was a stress free seamless transaction for me for once. I click on the link at 09.55 and then that circle started closing. 0-30 minutes. That queuing system because the website was so busy. I was let in at 10.03 and bought my ticket. See you on your own patch Lilly. This will be my first visit to Glasgow. Never seen Sparks perform in Scotland before. Can't wait!!

Good to see so many going to the gig. Looking forward to reading your reviews and maybe seeing some video clips on youtube.

The big question now is which T shirt to wear, Kimono My House (obvs a Sparks fan) X1/9 shirt so Neil's mate Andy recognises me or Desert Trip i.e. a total poseur)
Classic first world dilemma.

Thrilled for everyone who got tickets for Glasgow-especially you Simon my friend.Sparks and Glasgow go together so well. Our favourite place to see Sparks without a shadow of a doubt.Great memories of drives up there to see Sparks with buzzing vibe and atmosphere. Also the 2 FFS shows were bristling with the best atmosphere.I suppose there will be many more gigs announced in due course.Exciting times ahead in 2017 and just bought a new stylus in anticipation of the LP soon.

Familiarising myself with Future Islands and like what I see and hear of them. Front man Samuel T Herring's dancing is something else and I think Sparks fans will definately get them. Worth seeing live.

Future Islands are great! They were on Later a couple of times. Their singers moves are quite unusual and his voice is something else!
