There is a thread already asking for marks out of 100 for tracks from HYL...but is anyone collating them...until they do here is a little poll to be going on with.(PS..I've limited it to a week...just to stop moaning minnies saying .."Oh*add own choice here* was the best track....but I didn't vote because*add own excuse here*")..So if you don't vote...no-one to blame but yourself!!! |

Sorry...
Love them all, but TVNF, I find, is absolutely haunting. That old piano sound... reminiscent of post-war Paris, or something. IMHO! Melancholy! Which Sparks are not normally renowned for.... |

I have to say that on initial listen TVNF was the stand-out track...and still stays that way...yet I tend to repeat others more than that....savouring perhaps?...but it remains as Loz said "Haunting"...a description I wholeheartedly agree with.I think it ranks with such tracks as The Angels and Drawn By Picasso...for that "tingle" effect! |

Dick Around is edging tops just now but like you say it changes on a daily basis.
I do like Theres No Such Thing As Aliens very much too. It's these two tracks that seem to be on repeat play at the moment |

Tough one to vote on.. I think the Hurt and Heal poll will give a better indication with multiple votes but for now "The Organ" has it on my
Card due to its Grandeur and Great Gothic Organ Playing...
I Dont no about anyone else but recently Ive Been Playing HYL starting
at TK 2 ... I find "Dick Around" best played as a Single Listen its so
intense.. You no its a great Album when you can just randomly click on a Track and Love any of them .. HYL does this for me .. |

First I liked (Baby, Baby) Can I invade your country, the i changed my mind to Metaphor, it really is a great song. I like the middle part when the music get a little heavier, it is just Awesome!!!!!
Anyways like all the song but those 2 are my favorites. _________________ Break the rules and make a fool out of me |
